Co-ops & Condos
Most Manhattan and Brooklyn buildings require a Certificate of Insurance before any installer can work in your apartment. Many companies charge $50 or more for this paperwork. We include it free with every job. Just send us your building management's email and we'll send the COI directly to them before your appointment.
