TV Mounting Bronx
The Bronx has some of the most varied housing in the city, and every building type needs a different approach to mounting a TV. A high-rise co-op in Riverdale or Co-op City means building paperwork and concrete or plaster walls. A two-family brick house in Morris Park or Pelham Bay often means solid masonry that needs the right drill and anchors. A newer apartment in Mott Haven usually has drywall, where finding the studs is everything.

Bronx Walls
Many Bronx houses and pre-war buildings have solid brick walls. We use masonry bits and sleeve anchors so the mount holds for years. Brick installs add $50.
Plaster over brick or lath cracks easily if it's drilled wrong. We drill slowly and anchor properly into what's behind it.
Towers in Riverdale and Co-op City often have concrete walls, which need hammer drilling and concrete anchors.
We locate the studs, or use heavy-duty anchors rated for your TV when the studs aren't where you need them.
Co-ops & Condos
Riverdale, Co-op City and Parkchester have thousands of co-op and condo apartments, and most managing agents require a Certificate of Insurance before any installer can come in. We include the COI free with every job. Send us your management company's email and we'll handle it before your appointment.
