TV Mounting Manhattan
Mounting a TV in Manhattan is rarely just drilling four holes. Your building may need a Certificate of Insurance before we can come up. The walls might be century-old plaster that crumbles if it's drilled carelessly. The living room is small, so the TV has to be at exactly the right height and angle, and the wires can't hang down the wall where everyone sees them.

Manhattan Walls
Common on the Upper West Side, Upper East Side and in Harlem. We drill carefully so the plaster doesn't crack, and anchor into the brick or studs behind it.
Brownstones and exposed-brick lofts in the Village, SoHo and Tribeca. Brick installs add $50.
Newer high-rises in Midtown, the Financial District and Battery Park City often have concrete walls or columns.
A classic spot in pre-war and brownstone living rooms. We set the height and tilt so you're not looking up at the screen. Fireplace installs add $50.
Hidden Wires
In a small Manhattan living room, a cable hanging from the TV is the first thing you notice. We use a slim, paintable cable cover for $30 that blends into the wall. If you want the wires fully inside the wall, any new power outlet behind the TV is installed by a licensed electrician and quoted separately.
